How we try to make travel and this website usable for everyone
We want booking a journey to be straightforward whatever your circumstances, and we would rather hear about a problem than have someone give up on the booking.
Travelling with us
- Tell us at booking about wheelchairs, walking frames, mobility equipment, assistance dogs or medical devices so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.
- Assistance dogs travel with you. Please tell us at booking so the driver knows.
- Ask for a meet-and-greet at an airport or port if that makes the arrival easier.
- If a step-free or particular pickup point would help, tell us the address detail and we will plan around it.
- Read the mobility equipment guide.
This website
- We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Text contrast, keyboard operation and focus visibility are checked on every template.
- The booking form is provided by a third party; if any part of it is difficult to use, call us and we will take the booking directly.
- The 24/7 phone line is always an alternative to the website. No booking has to be made online.
Tell us about a problem
- Email [email protected] or call 0118 995 2995.
- Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply and say what we intend to do.
