Pricing and Inclusions
What your quoted price covers, and the few things that can change it
Your price is fixed and confirmed at the time of booking. It does not change afterwards because of traffic, demand, time of day, or the driver's individual costs.
Because fares vary by pickup zone, we quote rather than publish a single figure. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Included in every quoted fare
- The complete journey from your confirmed pickup address to your confirmed destination.
- A vehicle suitable for the passengers and luggage you declared at booking.
- Flight and sailing tracking where the service is offered, with the pickup time adjusted to the real landing or disembarkation time.
- Free waiting time — the first period after landing or disembarkation on tracked pickups, and a shorter free period on all other pickups.
- Any parking, toll or congestion charge known in advance, itemised before you confirm.
What can change a price
- A material change to the itinerary after confirmation — a different pickup or destination, extra stops, a different date or time.
- More passengers or luggage than declared, where a larger vehicle is needed.
- Waiting time beyond the free period, charged at the rate shown in your confirmation.
- A no-show, or a cancellation inside the free-cancellation window — see the cancellation policy.
- Parking or access costs that turn out higher than the standard itemised rate; we provide evidence of the actual cost on request.
- Cleaning or repair where a passenger has damaged or soiled the vehicle.
How to pay
- Online at the time of booking by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not charge a fee for this.
- By cash or card to the driver, where we make this available for your journey.
- Card statements show the reference TWINBOUND.
- No VAT is charged — neither your driver nor Golden Transfers Ltd is currently registered for VAT.
